FYI: SAML V2.0 Subject Identifier Attributes Profile

TL;DR The OASIS Security Services (SAML) Technical Committee has
proposed two new (scoped) identifiers, one of which is a direct
replacement for the SAML V2.0 Persistent Identifier.

A draft specification is now available for public review and comment:
