Problem with web page authentication flow

I do not have any intention of supporting JSP, this is just a non-starter for a non-member of the consortium, but I suspect the error is simply a JSP crash in the container logs. If you're actually seeing the form come up, I guess that's not the case, but in that case you have to have botched the form and it doesn't line up with the requirements for where it's going to get the fields back or it's not resuming the webflow at all.

Don't do this. I don't have any better advice. It's more work at times but there's nothing that can't be done with Velocity.
