Application Override in IIS

Interesting.  That was actually what I did when I generated the customer2
metadata.  I changed the entityid the theirs, and that seemed to satisfy
them.  the issue I suppose is around letting the customer generate their own
metadata (https://site2.app.com/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata) and expecting them
to see the correct info.  

I will continue to test this.  hoping to make it work as we want to add more
customers to this service.
