Microsoft Azure MFA

We're at the tail end of evaluating Duo for MFA at our campus, and one of our Windows guys pointed out that Microsoft's MFA solution comes bundled with some cloud product they are planning to purchase anyway, and suggested as a cost savings measure to evaluate using that rather than purchase Duo. While that's certainly not my preferred option :), I promised to do due diligence in looking into it.

I haven't found any documentation or discussion of anyone trying to integrate Microsoft MFA solution with the idp. Has that ever been done, or is it even possible? All I found on their end was discussion of Windows applications, and an LDAP authentication proxy. They do have an SDK available, but I'm not particularly interested in trying to code my own Microsoft integration module 8-/.

Thanks for any pointers, experience, or discussion...
