Configure Cisco Spark - IDP Metadata Upload Issue

We were able to successfully configure Cisco Webex with Shibboleth. The upload IDP metadata button would always fail though and we had to manually enter the IDP data. Now, we are trying to configure Cisco Spark but the interface is different and there's no option to manually enter IDP data. The upload just fails. Does anyone have a clue as to why Cisco doesn't like our metadata? Thanks!
