Then I would urge you to reconsider it at all. Don't do it unless you have absolutely no choice and certainly don't do it "just in case".

It's not meant to be used to go back and forth, but if the database is never messed with to force values to change and the first set of values are all hashed then in theory going back and forth wouldn't be noticeable.

Also you (apparently) just posted your salt, so it's a good thing you can start over because that is game over for privacy, which is the only reason to even be considering this.
