Well, any vendor requiring and only supporting the eduPersonTargetedID
attribute form forces Shib IDPv3 deployers to use the "legacy condfig"
to wrap the NameID into an attribute.
Hence my request to ask the SP to also support the non-legacy form of
that same data.
