Yum Shibboleths Libraries - 403 Permission Denied

Hi Scott,


I tested all of the mirrors on the file details here:


http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security%3A/shibboleth/RHEL_6/x86_64


and here:


http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security%3A/shibboleth/CentOS_CentOS-6/x86_64
 
They are all returning the same error.


If this is not something you can help me with, do you know of anyway to contact the package host to get the issue resolved?

It's an issue with a mirror that's malfunctioning.
