I can't tell you why the session isn't found, and there's nothing else wrong, so not much else I can say about it. Usually that would tend to be related to mismatched NameID comparisons but the value in the LogoutRequest doesn't look suspicious. Assuming that matches what was in the original assertion, that shouldn't be causing problems.
