Customized Messages

We have a number of services harnessing authorization via the intercept
flows.

The messaging displayed is picked up from below --- is there an accepted
way to add customized messaging per service (without a whole lot of
development)?


context-check-denied.title = Access Denied
context-check-denied.message = You are not eligible for the service
requested.
