Hyland OnBase

An update. OB17 features an OB IdP server that all three OB clients (web,
unity, native) utilize for AuthN. We will proxy it to our CAS
implementation such that all three OB clients will invoke our CAS for
AuthN. For AuthZ, LDAP groups will be utilized. So that means we are
using a CAS license rather than a SAML license. OB finds that distinction
important for some reason.
