Single logout problem

Hello, Shibboleth users.

I have idp v.3.3.1 and such problem with single logout:
i click "logout" from first app, then I see propagation page "Attempting to
log out of the following services" with my second SP name and red cross. In
audit log I see the attempt to logout from my second app. Unsuccessful
attempt.. But there is no errors in all logs! I can't understand what is
wrong in my configs :(

Please, help me.

in the logs you can see the following actions - SSO to applications and
then the attempt of a single logout
