Dummy entries in persistentId store

Hi all,

some days ago, the datastore backing the persistentId started showing
"dummy" entries.
These are entries with principalName and localId "dummy", localEntity
"http://dummy.com/idp/<some GUID>", peerEntity "http://dummy.com/sp/<the
same GUID>" and persistentId that same GUID.

Any ideas what is causing these dummy-entries? How to prevent them?
