If both are configured, it's going to pick whichever one is declared first unless they're configured with different settings that would prevent its use, so assuming that's not the case I can't imagine a case where the second of them would ever run except for when the other one fails (and presumably if one does the other would).

I can't make guesses based on a configuration I don't know. You could configure just about anything imaginable.
