I can tell you that the problem we've had in doing that with other services is that nobody actually realizes we limit it, and they go off and develop a new use case for the service that requires access by a different population and then it becomes an emergency to fix it.

In this case, since anybody in the world can already access Docusign in that capacity with an email account...
