RA21 - Resource Access for the 21st Century

Take a look at the Privacy Preserving Persistent WAYF pilot project for an
idea of where things might be headed
http://ra21.org/index.php/pilot-programs/p3-wayf-pilot/

The main ideas currently in play are

   - Making it easier to identify which IdP a user could use with the
addition of hints into federation metadata (e.g. email domain or IP
addresses). The UK Access Management Federation has already added these
   elements to their MDUI recommendations
   https://www.ukfederation.org.uk/content/Documents/MDUIRecommendations
   - Remembering the user's recent IdP choices so that when you visit a
resource, it can immediately offer you the opportunity to login with your
   institution

There is an update seminar on Dec 8th in London which is still open for
registration if anyone is interested - see
https://ra21.org/index.php/ra21-events/
