Hyperlinks to Shibboleth protected URLs in MS Office documents

I looked at doing this method (like 5 years ago) - the trouble I found was the inconsistency with the ms-office user agent headers between versions, products and OS’s made it very error prone - with both false positives and negatives.

But as far as I know, the latest Office (2016?) no longer has this issue anyway
