SP Error

Dave,

This is a complete SWAG, but you're probably not properly configured in IIS
to set the SERVER_NAME variable that the SP must use to construct a wide
range of URL's to function properly.  Why and how that could be
misconfigured, I don't know.  I have my feelings about IIS, and I hope it
feels the same way about me.
