Issue with interoperability between ADFS 2016 and Shibboleth 2.4.4

We haven’t looked at ADFS on 2016 yet - but for ADFSv3 on 2012r2 - we stopped using the cookie selection and forced it on the RelyingPartyTrust in ADFS itself for the passive profile.
