HTML hyperlink in MDUI Description

I've seen it mentioned here before but have not found much documented about it. I assume it's expressed in the standard way in SP metadata?

<mdui:InformationURL xml:lang="en">http://www.domain.com</mdui:InformationURL>

It's not mentioned in the login.vm.dist file but I'll look for a reference for on how to use it. Thanks Tom.

Tommy, have you considered using mdui:InformationURL instead of mdui:Description?
