Hastags in service URL to CAS

Yes, I'm aware of the problems with using hashtags in URLs, but how what is
the solution to make this work? Unfortunately I do not have the option to
make changes in the Service Provider system..

I haven't check how yet, but our previous CAS server (Jasig CAS) did seem to
handle this somehow..
