Login Authentication page for shibboleth IDP

Well, the entire topic is rather complex and you really need to start 
from the beginning.
For that the two resources I provided should be a good starting point 
(it doesn't get much simpler than the first few paragraphs of 
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/CONCEPT/Home).

Tom also pointed you towards https://www.testshib.org, which can provide 
a service (service provider, SP) to test your IdP installation with.

However, I am not convinced, that running your own IdP is really what 
you want to do. What is your goal?
Considering the topic is not easy to get started with and you are 
missing a lot of basics, you need to be ready to invest a fair amount of 
time and understand the basics (not just installing Shibboleth, but the 
concepts behind SSO, SAML, etc.).
