Login Authentication page for shibboleth IDP

Hi

Actually I want to use login.vm as my login page.
I have performed :

1.) idp.authn.flows = password
2) enable  <import resource="jaas-authn-config.xml" /> in pass-auth xml.
3) Values if jaas.config is

     ShibUserPassAuth {
               /*
                        org.ldaptive.jaas.LdapLoginModule required
                        ldapUrl="ldap://localhost:10389"
                        baseDn="ou=people,dc=example,dc=org"
                         userFilter="uid={user}";
               */
        "dev"

             };


What else I have to do ?

Please help.
