Several attributes work for carrying something immutable for the user. Pairwise, on the other hand, is a different matter. To be honest, I would suggest just using the Subject ID draft. The names aren't going to change and it will be published as a Committee Draft next week. It's not official but it's done. I already updated the shibboleth.net SPs to accept them.
