v3 mapped attribute definition documentation inconsistency

In:

it says about ignoreCase: "The ignoreCase attribute (default false) allows case insensitive comparisons to be made. This is only valid for regular expression matching (i.e., if partialMatch is false)." But then, in the one example that follows, there is this:

 <SourceValue partialMatch="true" ignoreCase="true">fred</SourceValue>

So which is accurate, the statement about where you can use it (only with RegEx), or the example?
