Shibboleth 3.3.1 and Duo

I've tried having both MFA flow alone and Password|MFA but no luck.
 
Hmmmm. 

I'm thinking there might be a chance some 3.2.1 config files did not get
overwritten when I did the upgrade (I'm using puppet). I'll try a fresh
install.
