"Replay detected of message" causes

The torrent of stale and replayed AuthnRequests mysteriously resolved itself today with no change in our production hosting environment, so we're inferring that the specific cell phone carrier that was implicated "did something" and now "it works".


Just leaving this breadcrumb in the archives in case.
