Concur Application: adding custom elements to shib IdP SAML response

Hi Everyone,

In 2014 a post was created stating “ adding custom elements to shib IdP SAML response"

Basic Overview "Adding an URL to the SAML response so the vendor can redirect to an error page for unauthorised users” 

Within the email thread there was a comment made by Scott Cantor “Not without writing code, and the code involved in V2 is monolithic. V3 is 
designed to slot in small bits of additional code”

Is this still this case for IDP 3.2.1 (I’m gathering nothing has changed)? 

Any advice from would be great
