Beyond the step by step instructions on the page? Not really. How about if you explain what you didn't understand about the what the page says to do?

The "proper" answer to this is that you do nothing but load metadata for the IdP. Since that obviously isn't working for you, you need to outline what "unusual" thing you're doing or that the IdP is making you do.
