Looping requests when ApplicationOverride used

Hi Scott,
thanks for the advise. The background of the intenden approach was to
overall different IdPs based on a provided query param, therefore the
different applications and the related metadata. 

What would be best-practices to redirect automatically to two different IdPs
based on a given request parameter?
