Redis StorageService

Is anyone in the community aware of an IdPv3 StorageService component for
Redis? I'm not aware of one and a quick search didn't turn up anything, but
I wanted to check with the community before we consider building something
that already exists. Additionally, I'd be interested to know if you would
be interested in this capability if it existed.
