Image Not Found

Hi,

I have finally configured my Shibboleth installation to bind against the three LDAP servers and two different bind points. I'm really on a role now, but I am having difficulty with the most basic of tasks: branding my login page with a logo. I have copied the image to two different directories
edit-webapp/images/cu.png
webapp/images/cu.png

I have edited my messages/messages.properties files as follows:
idp.title=Cameron University Login Page
idp.logo=/images/cu.png
idp.logo.alt-text=Cameron University Logo
idp.footer = Copyright University of Example
root.footer = Copyright University of Example

I stopped and restarted the server, but no luck. When I navigate to https://camcas.cameron.edu:8443/idp/images/cu.png, I get a 404 resource is not available message. How can I fix this?
