How shibboleth idp verify existing session.

Because we want to support multiple authentication flows at the same time .
So I've added a custom flow in general-authn.xml

>Then that SP is asking for an AuthnContextClassRef that is specific to the
Password flow's custom principal set.
For custom flow I have added AuthnContextClassRef  that is specific to
custom flows supported principles.
