Odd Duo Exception after upgrading to 3.3.0 from 3.2.0

I've not had a chance to look closely at it yet.  The Unicon plugin 
worked reasonably well for us, as it did the basic "if they ask for Duo, 
do Duo after password" functionality we needed; we haven't needed any 
more complicated MFA flows (yet).  But we plan to move to the native 
support as (I've heard) it fits in more cleanly than the initial-authn 
mechanism.
