Hello there,
We are trying to integrate our client with a federal Idp. We have two sort
of application:
- Java one running on weblogic
- .Net one running on microsoft..
We would like to have an SSO between those applications.
We were wondering if shibboleth could act as proxy for the external idp ?
We would to configure on weblogic shibboleth as IDP and hope shibboleth
will delegate it to the externel IDP. Once authentication has been done
with the external idp, shibboleth would interact with the weblogic in SAML
to creation the java session.
I make the assumption, that shibboleth keep track of the active session to
avoid re-authentication.
Does it make sense ?
Best Regards,
Claude
