Vanna,
We'll need more information to be able to help you. There is no description of the error there, but your description strongly indicates that you have something in your relying party file that isn't loadable. You should find something specific in the IdP's own logs.
Hope this helps,
Nate.

Subject: Tomcat8 error
I am installing v2.4.4 in Ubuntu /tomcat8 in a new server - trying to replicate the production. I completed my installation, made the apache webapps changes, changed login page and restarted tomcat8. It worked fine. I was able to get the version by running http://localhost:8080/shibboleth-idp/status.
And there is no error in catalina.out. Then I started moving the config file one by one and inbetween did tomcat8 restart. As soon as I moved the relying-party.xml, tomcat8 restart starting throwing error. I moved all the following files but tomcat8 is throwing error. What am I missing?
- All 7 files in conf directory one by one.
- Metadata file in metadata directory
- entire Credentials directory
