Encryption Parameters error

I'm getting the following errors in my shibboleth process log:
Delegation request was not explicitly indicated, using default value: NOT_REQUESTED

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with it being delegated but I haven't been able to find anything useful to change or test. Everything else appears to be working properly though.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
