Unable to download shibboleth-2.6.0-2.1.x86_64.rpm from openSUSE mirror, package missing?

Yum is failing with "http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security%3A/shibboleth/CentOS_7/x86_64/shibboleth-2.6.0-2.1.x86_64.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found".  When I visit that URL in my browser it sends me to http://mirror.umd.edu/opensuse/repositories/security:/shibboleth/CentOS_7/x86_64/shibboleth-2.6.0-2.1.x86_64.rpm, which does indeed 404.

http://mirror.umd.edu/opensuse/repositories/security:/shibboleth/CentOS_7/x86_64/ shows that all of the non-devel shibboleth packages are missing from that mirror.  I can't seem to get Yum to pick a different mirror.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this on my end, or anyone else I should be contacting about this?
