Thanks, this was the problem.

May I suggest to change the text on the wikipage „SecretKeyManagement“ from "An initial key is generated by the installer ..“ to "An initial key is generated by the installer or seckeygen.sh“.
I mistook the documentation to use keytool to list keys as invitation to do other things with it.
