That's a proprietary endpoint for SAML 1.1 that you don't need and shouldn't be using. WL does not support that. If it also can't consume compliant metadata containing that and just ignore it, then WL is broken, but that wouldn't be news to anybody, and either way you're left with the job of working around it.
