Hi Yoxler,

I am not sure why you are adding the NameFormat into the attribute tag ?
<Attribute name="TNumber"
NameFormat="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:attrname-format:basic" id="tnumber"
/>

On my local setup, I just added the name and id attribute into the
Attribute tag and it is working fine. Remove the NameFormat,restart shibd
and try again.

<Attribute name="TNumber" id="tnumber"/>

Thanks,
Abdul.
