Forward attribute to application

1 I've read the documentation and since I post here I must have misunderstood
something there are doing something wrong. 

I do not know how to be more precise in my question. 

I need to configure attribute-map.xml to handle the SAML response.

I thought this list was to ask questions. If everything was so clear in the
documentation a forum should not be needed. 

I've tried all day to configure but was now successful so that's why I
posted here.

Hope someone can assist me.
