Forward attribute to application

Hi,

I tried but it does not work. The values are not forwarded to header. 

In the application I loop over all headers and print their values and it
does not exist in the header.

Other shibboleth values are sent in the header like Shib-Session-ID and
Shib-Identity-Provider but not email or tnumber.
