Forward attribute to application

Hi,

I'm using Shibbolet service provider and have difficult to forward
attributes in the header to apache.

I do not know how to configure attribute-map.xml and/or attribute-policy.xml 

Attaching the SAML response from the IDP:
saml_response.xml
<http://shibboleth.1660669.n2.nabble.com/file/n7631784/saml_response.xml>  

What I want to fetch is EMail(test at gmail.com) and TNumber(123456789).

Some help in adjusting these files would be very much appreciated.
