Cant seeing all the attributes from headers

You just posted the random spoof checking key from the internals of the system, so assuming it's being generated randomly at startup I strongly urge you to restart your system to get it changed.

I would imagine it's because you're using the ScopedAttributeDecoder on unscoped values. Logging should tell you that anyway.
