Need help in shibboleth configuration

Hi All,

I am facing below error while installing the shibboleth server on my Linux machine. I tried the below two option but still the software is not installed. Please provide the installation setps.

Option 1:

$ sudo yum -y install shibboleth
Loaded plugins: amazon-id, priorities, rhnplugin, rhui-lb, search-disabled-repos, versionlock
This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or Red Hat Satellite.
No package shibboleth available.
Error: Nothing to do

Option 2:

$ sudo wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/CentOS_7/security:shibboleth.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/shibboleth.repo--2017-06-22 10:04:21--  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/CentOS_7/security:shibboleth.repo
