I use those phrases liberally.
I throw around "lack of revocation" and "change management" also. As an ITIL shop, sort of, the latter is something my customers hear and understand.
One area that I suppose perhaps I'm a little more forgiving on than some is that I think the move to self-service config by SPs is by and large as good as we're ever going to get and something I pretty strongly encourage. It's the "send me an email when X changes" approach that I get very aggressive about, and it doesn't take much to explain to my management how incredibly stupid that is.
