Rod and Scott both of you are absolutely right!

There really was an old "opensaml-saml-impl-3.2.0.jar" in my 
"edit-webapp/WEB-INF/lib" folder.
Why? I didn't know, but i know you both are genius.

Thanks a lot for this hint.
After deleting this jar and building the idp again all works like a charm.

So i wish you a nice second half of this week.

> Yeah, basically this system is corrupt, you have to have a mix of jars from different versions and it probably has to be scrapped. There's no way to end up in that state from anything we provide, because all the old jars are deleted from webapp/ during an upgrade. There should never be anything from us in edit-webapp/ but that's about the only way to end up with that kiind of corruption barring Tomcat being Tomcat, which is why it's not the recommended container.
