That documentation is for the Shibboleth SP, not the IdP. (That's the
case for all the pages starting with NativeSP*).   There is not any
corresponding support in the IdP.  It's a completely different piece of
software.  I'm not sure that the exact functionality documented there
even makes sense for an IdP (but see below)

SAML 2 has some defined protocols around doing NameID management and
mapping, but Shibboleth doesn't support them.  But I'm not 100% sure
that's really what you would want or what you would mean by
"deprovisioning".   That means different things depending on the context.
