I really wouldn't have any idea how to investigate it. At minimum I'd have to have the keystore and a copy of HTML Local Storage or cookie data that's failing, and I imagine all I'd discovery is that the key's wrong.

I guess I would delete and reinit the keystores and key versions to baseline it from scratch, and see if it keeps happening. All you're doing is invalidating sessions, so it doesn't hurt all that much to do it overnight.

I don't know if you're saying every request from every client to these servers is failing or if it's intermittent. Neither makes any sense though.
